Footnotes: Not so sure about this page. A few weak image, especially panel 5 where shes supposed to be biting into a creamy bun, her eyes dont ook right to me, but even so, its not all terrible. I had a hell of a time trying to decide on what sort of expression to put on her face in panel 2!!! At first she was smiling as ever and I thought, no, thats wrong, she cant do that when theres been an accident, but it looked eaqually stupid with her being sad, so its a sort of vacent stare, but the whole idea of the guy fapping away while driving down the street really made me laugh!!! Panel 7 was a nightmare. At first her face was in full profile as I always like to get a good view of the girl, but the perspectives looked rubbish, and no matter how many times I rubbed it out and did it again it looked rubbish, and so in the end I just rubbed it out and drew her from behind and all of a sudden it looked OK. I think panels 8 & 9 work really well. A bit of comic genuis you could say. I'm not one for that sort of stuff, but it just sort of happened so there it is. I was a bit disapointed with the end of page punchline. I normally try to make each page self contained so that there is a start and an end in its own right, but in this page the end as a very weak punchline or end punctuation. Viually its OK, but there is no sound. I think she should be saying mmm yummyness!!!!I dont know, but its not the end of the world as there is always the next page for it to lead into so the timeing can be rescued. I dont know, but I do sort of find this whole story quite funny, but not funny for the reasons I had in mind originally. Originally the main strength of the story was supposed to be the girl being cute, but now theres a certain hilarity associated with the timing that I could not have concieved before starting the drawings. In particulr the strange smirks on the guys faces, the wobbly smiles, they seem comical in a major way, daft, so yeah, I do like this page. Another example of something turning out to being something that I didn't originally anticipate.
